Our spacious 29 sqm studio in Kristiine is ideal for 2 people or for solo travellers. It’s also a perfect accommodation for a business visit if you need a rental as your base.

This fully equipped rental property is situated on the ground floor, with a layout that is almost minimalist. This means that the accommodation is easily accessible for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility, which is not always the case with guest apartments in Tallinn. The apartment rental includes free gated parking. 

The contemporary interior is light and airy with views of the garden area. 

An open-plan kitchen offers an oven, glass stove top, and extractor hood. The well-organized space also has a dishwasher and fridge.  We supply all the utensils you’ll need during your stay.

Comfortable & Spacious 

The living area is open and uncluttered, with a large wall-mounted TV, with cable and terrestrial channels. The breakfast table can also double as a work station, and free wi-fi is included. 

The comfy king size bed is also a great place to relax and unwind. The studio benefits from radiator heating, so you can curl uup and get cozy no matter what time of year you visit. Of course, we provide all the linen you’ll need.

Everything you need

The modern bathroom, with attractive lighting, has a walk-in shower with glass doors, toilet, and washbasin. We provide your towels and a hairdryer. There’s also a washing machine for your convenience.

Please note that this rental property is strictly no-smoking area. We expect our guests to respect the privacy of the other residents, so parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

This fabulous rental apartment is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the airport. Your accommodation is only 7 minutes from the stunning medieval Old Town of Tallinn, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Exploring the city is fun and relaxing. You won’t want to miss the buzzing night-life, great restaurants, design studios, galleries and unique shops. The 170 shops and fabulous food hall of the famous Kristiine indoor mall are just 1.3km away from your accommodation, so you can buy and enjoy the local specialities. Not into walking? There are great public transport links. Tallinn’s train station is nearby and from there you can travel all over Estonia. Taxis are inexpensive and easy to find.
